Delivery
All items in stock will usually be despatched the same day if the orders have been received before 2pm. If we are out of stock it can take between 10-21 days. Items will be sent out by Royal Mail special delivery which is the first class 'signed for' service that requires a signature on delivery or recorded delivery.Type of delivery UK:
Special Delivery is £2.75
Recorded guaranteed next day delivery £4.95.
Europe:
Recorded delivery £5.99.
Rest of the world:
Airmail standard £8.99.

Returns and exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Junior Mafia product we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund provided . Delivery charges are non refundable but any exchanges will be sent out free of charge. Please return your unworn item with proof of purchase within 28 days either by recorded delivery, or first class 'signed for', we unfortunately cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit. Please return to: Junior Mafia, 33a Junction Road, London W5 4XP. You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods.
Please note that any refund will only be given to the original payer when a receipt has been sent.
